Your mission

• Install and maintain towers and steel structures across the country.
• Prepare and organise materials, equipment and PPE before each job.
• Deliver safety, quality and accuracy on every build.
• Carry out inspections, report anomalies and suggest improvements.
• Complete clear reports and work closely with engineers and supervisors.
• Contribute to the team's success and the company's innovation agenda.

What we're looking for

• Minimum compulsory schooling completed.
• Experience working at height (preferred).
• Training in work at height (ropes, abseiling, rescue, etc.).
• Driving licence and full availability to travel (required).
• Good physical condition, responsibility and a team mindset.
• Basic IT skills (Office).
• Initiative, drive and professional integrity.
